While Utah is a whole lot more than amazing canyons of Navajo sandstone, that’s the mage that usually comes to mind when someone mentions this state. Be it Arches, Bryce, Canyonlands, Capitol Reef, Grand Staircase – Escalante, Zion, it has them all, and each of these national parks and monuments is a unique masterpiece of nature.
Utah is also a pretty state just to travel through, with an excellent and well-maintained public road system that provide access to its deserts in the Southern and Eastern part of the state, up through high plateaus along the middle of the I15 corridor, and into the mountains around Salt Lake City and the rest of the Northern part of the State.
