One of the historic structures still standing at the old ghost town of Fairbank near the banks of the San Pedro River in Southeastern Arizona. The public is not allowed inside the building, due to safety concerns, and the windows have been covered over with wood painted white to indicate glass used to be there. Otherwise, the residence is accessible for closer inspection.
