Description
This Hawk-headed Parrot (Deroptyus accipitrinus) can be found in the South American aviary at the Reid Park Zoo in Tucson, Arizona. They're about the size of a small cocatiel. Also known as Red-fan Parrots, they are indigenous to the higher grounds of the deep lowlands in the Amazon Rainforest.
