A female Yellow-knobbed Currasow (Crax daubentoni) posing on a bench in the South American Aviary at the Reid Park Zoo in Tucson, Arizona.
This is a rather large bird, a bit smaller than a turkey. It is found in the South American forests and woodlands of Columbia and Venuzuela. It forages on the ground but can easily fly up into trees if threatened.
