It was a foggy afternoon on the Beach in Bandon, Oregon; not one of those heavy wet gray fogs, but instead a light misty fog where the sun is always peeking through.
I was out photographing little diorama's that would appear through the fog now and then, when I stumbled on this scene: children exploring the wonders of the beach with their father.
I usually don't make images with people in them, but the compositional elements came together to tell a wonderful story which I felt just had to be captured.
