A deserted old log cabin that sits next to the creek in Ramsey Canyon, a popular tourist destination just outside of Sierra Vista in the Huachuca Mountains of Southeastern Arizona. Flanked by tall Sycamores and surrounded by oak trees, the building is nestled into the canyon ecosystem.
Built during 1902-1903 by John James as a home for his wife Ernestina and son Harvey, the cabin had a back porch that looked out upon the year-round creek. Even in it's current run-down and dilapidated state it is still a nice cozy spot from which to take in the beauty that the canyon has to offer.
