A pair of White Pelicans (Pelicans erytthrorhynchos) landing on the Yellowstone River near Fishing Bridge in Wyoming's Yellowstone National Park.
The front bird is making a perfect three-point landing with its wings spread and it's feet extended just inches above the water.
The bird behind it is trying to assume a level flight path, it's wings tilted and it's feet dangling askew as it frantically tries to assume a more graceful glide path.
